This condo is located in Island Park, Idaho, just 22 miles south west of West Yellowstone, the west entrance of Yellowstone National Park. It's a scenic 25 minute drive to get to Yellowstone and Teton National Park is also well within range for a day trip.

The area has great fishing on Henry's Lake or the Henry's Fork of the Snake River, both close by. Boat rentals, ATV rentals and snowmobile rentals are available less than a mile from the condo. There are hundreds of miles of interconnecting ATV/snowmobile trails in the area. You can ride directly from the rental shop onto the trail system and enjoy the extraordinary beauty of nature in this pristine mountain setting.

In addition to the amenities already described, the surrounding area also offers rafting, canoeing, horseback riding, hiking, mountain biking, gift and craft shops and dozens of restaurants. The spectacular mountains, lush valleys and wildlife of the area are world renowned and provide great photographic opportunities.

Be sure to visit the Upper and Lower Falls in Island Park, located south off of Highway 20. Both the Upper and Lower Falls are spectacular and well worth the a visit. Horseback riding can be enjoyed in Harriman State Park, also located in Island Park. Or visit the Johnny Sacks cabin in the Big Spring area, just a 5 minute drive from the condo. The Mountain Resort Condominium is a 1400 sq. ft. two story year round vacation home, very nicely located on the edge of the golf course at Island Park Village Resort. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and sleeps six people. It has two gas fireplaces and additional electric heat, with a separate thermostat in every room. Wireless high speed internet and satellite TV are provided.

This condo has pleasant views of the nine-hole golf course and mountains. For a small fee your family can have access to all of the amenities of the resort, the golf course, driving range, pool, hot tubs, kiddy pool, sauna, exercise equipment, tennis courts, racket ball court, ping pong, foosball, and bicycle rentals. You can also rent golf clubs and carts. Another attraction is a children's playground, just minutes from your front door. Right next to it is a picnic area where you can use two BBQ grills.

The living room/dining room has a gas fireplace and satellite TV with a DVD player. The oak dining table seats up to six people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, electric glass top range with oven, dishwasher, countertop microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Beautiful western art is displayed in every room.

The first bedroom is downstairs, providing a queen size bed and an adjoining bathroom. The master bedroom suite is upstairs, and features a king-size bed, a TV, a gas fireplace and an adjoining bathroom. A third bedroom upstairs has two twin size beds. The full laundry room is also on the second floor and is available for your use.

If you're looking for a wonderful place to spend time with your family or friends, and a comfortable home base while touring Yellowstone National Park, the Mountain Resort Codominium is an excellent and affordable choice.

Rates and Booking Information for the Mountain Resort Condo:

June 1 - August 31: $1400 per week; $210 per night

(4 night minimum stay)

May and September: $1300 per week; $195 per night

(3 night minimum stay)

October-April:                    $1200 per week; $180 per night
(3 night minimum stay)

Holidays (Thanksgiving;        $1325 per week; $200 per night
    Christmas)
(4 night minimum stay)

This home is available for rent year round.

Other rate information:

A $500 security deposit required upon booking. The security deposit is refundable following your stay minus the cleaning fee of $90 if there are no damages.
Payment of rent plus 8% State of Idaho lodging and sales tax is due 6 weeks prior to your stay.

Renters within the USA: Personal check by mail, by credit card via the secure online payment service PayPal, or via a direct credit card payment to us over the phone.

Renters from all other nations: Credit card or e-check via secure online payment service PayPal or direct credit card payments - just call or fax us your credit card information.
